Max Walters

Max is studying the Level 3 Business course and is in his first year of studies. Max said that he chose to study business at Riseholme College because it is a subject that can be applied to every workplace. He explained that an enrichment trip to paintballing helped the group develop as a team and settle into the course. In addition, he found that attending career fair trips has also been beneficial to his studies.

One of the things Max appreciates most about our college is the free transport, which makes it easier for him to attend classes. He also likes having free periods to focus on projects and catch up on assignments. Max explained that he attends the college three times a week for his course and on the other two days, he works at Domino’s, which gives him an insight into how businesses operate. Max believes that his experience in the course, combined with his job, is helping him build a strong foundation for a future career in business.
